Access Boundary International Sdn Bhd (ABI), established in 2011 and headquartered in Malaysia, is a multidisciplinary solutions provider offering integrated expertise across construction, marine engineering, technology, and project management. Our team manages complex construction projects across diverse environments, consistently upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
In the marine sector, we deliver end-to-end support for offshore and onshore operations, including vessel services, mechanical maintenance, and specialized engineering solutions. Our technology arm, driven by two established tech companies, provides cutting-edge payment systems, industry-specific software, and digital platforms tailored to both commercial and government sectors.

Smart Partnerships with Comtrac Sdn Bhd
Comtrac is a multidisciplinary construction project management company specializing in project and property development, as well as civil construction activities. Originally a subsidiary of a currently listed Main Board conglomerate, Comtrac operated actively from its incorporation in 1990 until 2012. During this period, the company achieved a total turnover exceeding RM2.5 billion and maintained an unbroken record of 21 profitable years. As of today, the company’s paid-up capital stands at RM9 million.

In 2013, Comtrac’s operations were scaled down due to corporate restructuring. However, with the arrival of new shareholders and management, Comtrac is set to embark on a new business direction and focus. Moving forward, Comtrac will concentrate on providing project management consultancy services in both Malaysia and Indonesia.
